Return Conditions

- All original tags and labels intact
- Returned in the original packaging

Request an Address

Ship Your Item
Repackage your item(s) carefully according to our instructions, then send it to the provided address. -
Process Completion
- Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method (e.g., PayPal, credit card) within 3–5 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, allow 3–7 additional days for the refund to appear in your account.
- Exchanges: Approved replacement items will ship within 3 business days of us receiving your returned item.
Order Cancellation
We process most orders within hours, so timing matters:
- If your order hasn’t shipped yet, request cancellation via email.
- If it has shipped, cancellation isn’t possible. Please wait for delivery, then follow the return procedure above.
